- Usage Data: Class level selected, topics studied, chat messages with the AI tutor
- Payment Information: Subscription status (payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details)

- To send important notifications about your account
3. Data Storage & Security
- All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS
- User data is stored on secure cloud servers (MongoDB Atlas)
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
- Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)

- Google Firebase: Authentication (Google Sign-In)

- Google AI: AI-powered tutoring responses

5. Children's Privacy
EduBot is designed for students in Classes 1-10 (ages 6-16). We collect minimal data necessary for the educational service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent through their Google account.

- Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us
- Upon deletion request, all personal data will be removed within 30 days
